Warranty
- All Star Auto Parts offers a one-year warranty on all OEM reconditioned and surplus parts.
- All Star Auto Parts offers a lifetime warranty on all new CAPA certified aftermarket lighting products.
- All Star Auto Parts DOES NOT warranty bulbs.
- Return Policy (Effective 1/3/2022)
- Under 30 Days – Free Returns
- 30–45 Days – 15% Restocking fee
- No returns over 45 days. No exceptions.
- All Star Auto Parts does not cover any Labor or Diagnostic fees
Additional Terms
- All Star Auto Parts must be made aware of any part damage/incorrect part/quality issues within 48hrs of delivery date, or we reserve the right to refuse a full refund. Photos of such claims may be requested.
- The prepaid return labels will expire after 7 days and are good for one-time use ONLY. Each part needs its own box and unique label. All parts must be returned in original and complete packaging unless approval is given. All Star Auto Parts reserves the right to refuse a refund for any parts returned without sufficient packing material. A credit on the account will be issued within 24-48 hrs. from delivery to our warehouse. The RMA includes a prepaid label only, it does not consist of a scheduled pick up.
- All Star Auto Parts shall not be held liable for any lost items due to reprinting a previously used return label
